After checking your skills on the checklist above, demonstrate your learning by completing the task below. When you have completed the task, make sure you click “Submit” at the bottom of the page with your required evidence.


  1. Meet following requirements for a 4-week span for your class
    • 30%+ of students meeting their usage goal
    • teacher login at least 4 times to mylexia.com (FYI viewable on admin side)
  2. Share schedule with specific times for Lexia built in 
    1. Options for sharing – pick 1
      1. Share via Google Drive (check link to make sure it’s viewable by “Anyone at ReNEW”)
      2. Screenshot and attach to submission below
      3. Paste link in text box below and/or share with nate@renewschools.org
  3. Complete Lexia auto-placement check, manually adjust students as needed
  4. Create list of students in the text box below
    1. Logins – 1-3 students who have not logged into Lexia in over a week
    2. Struggling – 1-3 students who are struggling with a skill (identify the skill they are struggling in)
    3. Celebrate – 1-3 students who can be celebrated (for their progress or with certificates)
