To earn this badge, you will need to complete the TASK at the bottom of the page. Use the SKILLS CHECKLIST to help you learn each skill as needed.

After checking your skills on the checklist above, demonstrate your learning by completing the task below. When you have completed the task, make sure you click “Submit” at the bottom of the page with your required evidence.


  1. Earn the Zearn Explorer microbadge
  2. Submit a screenshot of your Pace report that includes:
    • Most recent 4-week total (default screen)
    • More info on an individual student (click on their progress on a week)
    • Screenshot must be attached to submission below
  3. Reflection questions
    1. Reflection questions must either be answered in the text box below or in a Google Doc linked in the text box below.
    2. Pace Report
      • Identify 3 students with low usage in the past 4 weeks
        • What is one action step you can take to get them back on track?
      • Identify all of the students who completed 4+ lessons this week
        • What actions led to their success?
    3. Tower Alerts
      • Identify which mission has the highest number of students who need help in
      • Choose one student to focus on
        • What skill are they struggling on?
        • What next step can you take to find out more information or intervene with that student?
    4. Progress Report
      • Which 2-3 students have the least number of badges earned?
        • Hypothesize: Why do they have the fewest?
        • What can you do to help these students get on track?
        • Which students can you celebrate?
